That email relates to the old platform. If your membership was moved to Bookify, your member access is active here, with a complimentary year through September 24, 2027. You do not need to buy another membership to access your training.
A little help getting settled
How do I sign in for the first time?
Select “Sign in to the Training Hub,” then continue with Google or email using the same email address as your membership. For email sign-in, enter the code sent to your inbox. Bookify finds your existing profile and checks your member access automatically.
What if I cannot find my membership?
Check that you signed in with your original membership email. If you used a different address, choose “Use another email” or sign out from your account menu. Contact us if you need help finding your membership before buying another one.
Where can I check my membership and payments?
After signing in, open Memberships & passes for your membership and renewal details, or Billing for saved payment methods. Existing renewing memberships resume after the complimentary year at their existing annual price and currency. Previously cancelled memberships remain nonrenewing.
