Booking Policy Summary

By booking with Jack’s Ski Club, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following key terms.

Liability & Risk

Skiing and mountain activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you accept these risks and agree that Jack’s Ski Club is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during any activity, including travel and training.

Payments & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your place
Deposits are refundable up until the stated full payment deadline, subject to a 10% administration fee
Once the full payment deadline has passed, all deposits become non-refundable
Full balance must be paid by the stated deadline
Missed payments may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit
If the camp is cancelled by Jack’s Ski Club, all payments will be refunded in full

Cancellations

35+ days before camp: 90% refund
34 days or less: No refund

No refunds are provided for illness, injury, or personal circumstances. You should ensure your insurance covers cancellations.

Weather & Resort Conditions

Camps run regardless of weather and conditions.

No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be given due to:

Weather conditions
Limited terrain
Lift or resort closures

If possible, off-snow activities (e.g. video analysis or indoor sessions) may be offered but are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Accommodation, lift passes, and transport may be provided by third parties. Jack’s Ski Club is not responsible for disruptions caused by these providers.

Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Having valid travel documents
Arranging travel to the resort
Ensuring your ability level is suitable
Arriving on time for all sessions
Following all coaching and safety instructions

All participants must have valid winter sports insurance covering skiing, medical care, and trip interruption.

Minimum Numbers

Camps require minimum participant numbers. If not met, the camp may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken for coaching and marketing. By participating, you consent unless you notify us in advance.

Final Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms, including the waiver of certain legal rights.
