Technical Progression Camp + Ski PT & Physio Support - Austria (Full Package)

A complete ski performance camp combining six weeks of personalized ski-specific fitness coaching with six days of on-snow technical coaching in Austria.

The Ski PT Technical Progression Camp – Stubai Glacier (February 20–27, 2027)

Before the camp, you'll work directly with Greg Louie (The Ski PT), former US Ski Team volunteer physiotherapist, through a personalized six-week training program designed to improve ski-specific strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and movement patterns. The program includes an initial consultation, dryland assessment, and ongoing support to help you arrive at camp stronger, fitter, and ready to maximize your time on snow.

During the camp, you'll work through targeted on-snow clinics covering carving, short and long turns, steeps, bumps, and variable snow conditions. The focus is on improving technique, confidence, efficiency, and overall performance through structured coaching, video analysis, and detailed feedback.

Skiers are split into two small groups (maximum 6 per coach) to ensure focused, high-quality coaching. Throughout the week, Greg will also provide daily physio, mobility, and recovery sessions to help you stay fresh and perform at your best.

The price includes the personalized six-week Ski PT program, coaching, accommodation, daily breakfast, afternoon tea/snacks, five-course dinners, and transfers to/from Innsbruck Airport (lift pass not included).

Stay in a premium hotel with spa facilities including a sauna, steam room, pool, and spacious rooms with private bathrooms and balconies.

Best airport: Innsbruck (20 minutes from the hotel). Munich is also a popular option for North American guests and is approximately a two-hour transfer from the resort.
